In my Arché-Lady
series, appeared a one-time villain
known as “Monkey-Face.” Having revisited the source material in 2011 to create
the Arché-Lady SPECIAL #11, I had
monkey-faces on the brain. During my office’s annual professional development
retreat late January * I had ample time to draw a new spin on the character.
She’s really fun to draw, and I hope Arché-Lady fights her soon.
*Ok, time for some bitching. My office stopped hosting an
annual holiday party in December, in lieu of this two-day snooze-fest ending
with beer and wine. They claim that
is the holiday party. But, it’s hardly festive.
