Once, I was asked by Marvel to do a Northstar story. These are some of the sketches practicing Northstar. I've not been asked to complete any story, especially not a vs. Sentinel story. I'm sorry, it's not much of a story... certainly not worth all the anticipation built by my lack of notes.

Yes, it is! :D
And it was in issue 43 of alpha flight that Northstar fighted some Sentinels. In the same issue, he began caughing, the first sign of its illness, intended to be AIDS but changed into an elf-illness to human way of life.
what is really weird (was there an editor down there?) is that
Northstar is making reference in issue 43 to Pestilence the bad guy kissing him (and so causing the illness, their is still a sexual content but we can see how wrong this can be taken). But Pestilence will only kiss him in issue 44, following the events of issue 43.
WTF notes still to follow!!
Will we ever see comments for this clash of the titans... The world may never know ;-)
UPDATE: I am going to do a short Northstar story after all, appearing in NATION X #2 in stores Jan 2010 (I think).
Congratulations on the NorthStar short Tim! I haven't bought a comic in two years, but I can make an execption. Any chance he'll actually be gay in this. ;)
